Our chili bars pay homage to one of Jamaican propound ingredient, pepper!! One cannot talk about Jamaica and forget its food, spicy hot and mild foods that are distinctly Jamaica and has always been an expression of harmony and love. The legendary Jamaican spices date way back to centuries. In 1939 Zora Neale Hurston Anthropologist and a writer claimed that Jamaican jerk is distinctly Jamaican and better than anything he had tasted. The major ingredient in the famous Jamaican food is, its hot pepper. During slavery the British farmed cocoa, coffee, pimento etc and the people who worked in this plantation discovered the “jerk seasoning“ and pepper as major ingredients which is not distinct to Jamaica, but it tastes unique in Jamaican foods.

Our efforts to revive the cocoa sector that is run and implemented by the farmers.

The goal of the company through social entrepreneurial project – “The authentic Jamaican cocoa project” is to develop the farmers scheme with cocoa farmers into a model research center for cocoa in the Caribbean region. The social enterprise wants to develop an e-learning and interactive practical farming and processing platform that will bring on board experts from Cocoa institutions around the world from whom cocoa farmers and processors can learn share experiences. The project is to promote Jamaica as an eco-tourism center for cocoa, a center of excellence for single origin cocoa and a producer of world class organic farm processed cocoa products. Supports human rights, fairtrade, direct trade and environmental sustainability and protection (believer and practising business for good ideology).
