Coldbush Organics Ltd
We founded Cold Bush Organics in 2019 and are producers of fine Artisan, Chocolate Products made from cocoa grown and processed just West of Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountain Range.
We specialize in fine dark chocolates and other cocoa based products like rich cocoa butter and fine cocoa powder. We also infuse exotic flavours into our chocolates such as coconut, sea salt, Almonds other high quality nuts.
Our Jamaican Legacy began in 1918 when our Great-Grandfather decided to invest in Cocoa and Coffee. He was passionate about farming and boasted that the best products were grown near our Beloved, Jamaican Blue Mountains.

We are passionate and purpose driven farmers. Our mission is to elevate and bring Jamaican cocoa to more people in the most sustainable, eco friendly and people centered way possible.
Sustainable and natural farming practices is the cornerstone of our business and our partners. We Maintain quality from the seedling to harvest, straight to you! We believe it is our social responsibility to work in harmony with the Environment and the People of Jamaica.
Our goal is to share our expertise by infusing Jamaican loved flavors and fruits to our chocolates and ultimately share this flavourful story to our wider community and across the Globe!

To build a flagship product for Jamaica through Cocoa that the world can enjoy while simuntaneously supporting our People & Environment in the most Sustainable way possible.
Our Growth
We are focused on sharing our products to the global export market. Our chocolates are premium, fine flavoured & award winning! In the Caribbean the majority of our trade sector is involved in the importation of goods and we want to change that one bar at a time! To date, we have exported to Canada, Miami, New York and Russia. We are also Organic Certified by The Jamaican Bureau of Standards (JBS) and we are in the process of applying for several other International certifications for Food.
